The holy thoughts of our culture always inspire me, and my focus on Learning should be based on doing things and not merely knowing things. The whole process will remain superficial until learning solutions relate to real life and motivate the learner to acquire and apply the knowledge. Any engineering institution worth its name looks to optimize the productivity of global leaders. Our institution has set specific objectives and planned activities for achieving excellence in all spheres of technical education.

The institution’s service in creating personally mature, professionally equipped, and service-oriented graduates is worth mentioning. We strongly believe in academic excellence and do not compromise on teaching standards or discipline. These three things are the springboards on which we operate.

Our constant pursuit of excellence has made our institute a focal point in technical education for students and faculty. At RCEW, we take care to groom our students according to the needs of the industry. We aim to actively assist students in identifying the individuals best suited to company needs and developing a successful recruitment relationship.

The sole aim of the Training & Placement cell is to make RCEW the centre of excellence in the region and the nodal centre for placement activities in this part of the country and beyond. Furthermore, with an increasing thrust placed on Institute – Industry Interaction, I sincerely believe that RCEW, Jaipur, stands to gain immensely from this symbiotic relationship.
